Most of the guests staying at the Highland Dallas are pleased with their stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and higher floors get some really nice views. The staff is mentioned as being pleasant and accommodating. If you are visiting SMU, there is no better place as the Highland is right across the street from Campus. For a great meal, the Knife restaurant is located in the hotel.
Cons:
Some of the guests staying at the Highland Dallas wish there was self-parking, and adding the Valet parking (required if you have a vehicle) really adds to the cost of your stay.
