Pros:
Reading the Reviews at the Best Western Plus in Rockwall, you see a lot of guests who have had a really great experience. It is said that the staff is very friendly and such relaxed atmosphere. Also, guests really like the price and location of everything in the Rockwall area. While the indoor pool is not huge, the kids seem to really enjoy their time splashing around. Free breakfast is nice as well.
Cons:
Looking for reviews that are average or below is not all that easy but they do occur. A few guests had some issues with the WiFi during their stay. The other complaint that you will see pop up from time to time is the noise. Situated right off of Interstate 30, any of the rooms facing the highway might be louder than on the other side. Something to certainly keep in mind.

Be aware: The staff is extremely customer service oriented and is willing to take care of your needs and requests. The inside rooms are quieter and further away from the highway. The rooms away from the pool are quieter, also. The suites are very spacious. The guests love the indoor pool and hot tub.

A lot of people like to venture over to the city of Rowlett, Royse City, and Mesquite. By the way, Mesquite is where the Rodeo, Mesquite Arena is. You won’t want to miss that true Texas event if you have time. Did you know you can dirt race there in Mesquite?
